On New Year's Eve the Dubai Maritime Authority sets the timings: yachts sail in slots, and every yacht is back by about 02:00.
Every yacht needs the Coast Guard's clearance on the night. If the sea is too rough to sail, your quotation sets out what happens: another date, a credit or a refund.
An ID for every guest, which the authorities may check on board; evening wear, and flat shoes for the deck.
Now: New Year's Eve yachts are usually all booked by early December.
